\nNear the source of the Nile River, in Njeru near Jinja, Uganda, Gered Gereedschap is working with the Nile Vocational Institute (NVI) to enhance and professionalize vocational education. This partnership, which began in 2022, has already made significant progress in training young people who otherwise would not have the opportunity for quality vocational training.
