‘THE COLLABORATION WITH GERED GEREEDSCHAP HAS IMPROVED OUR TRAINING METHODS’<\/h1>\n

\nSteven Bateire is an automotive technology instructor at Prime Vocational Institute (PVI) and has been involved with the institution since its inception. In this interview, he shares his experiences and the crucial role that Gered Gereedschap has played in improving the quality of education at the institution.<\/h4>\n<\/div>

\"\"Steven, can you tell us about your role as an instructor and the changes you have seen since the founding of PVI?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Steven: “Since the founding of PVI, I have been working here as an automotive technology instructor. In the beginning, we faced significant challenges, especially in practical training. We did not have the right tools and machines to effectively train our students. This made it very difficult to ensure the quality of our education.”<\/p>\n

How has Gered Gereedschap contributed to the improvement of the program?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Steven: “The support from Gered Gereedschap has been crucial for the development of our program. They provided us with high-quality tools that allow us to train our students effectively. Thanks to these tools, our students are much better prepared for the job market and perform better compared to students from other institutes. This has not only improved the quality of our education but also the opportunities for our students after graduation.”<\/p>\n

What other support has Gered Gereedschap provided to the instructors?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Steven: “In addition to the tools, we \u2013 as teachers \u2013 have also received training, including in computer and ICT skills. This training has significantly improved our way of teaching. The students also benefit from this, as they are now better able to understand and apply the course material.”<\/p>\n

What do you notice about the impact of the scholarships offered by Gered Gereedschap?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Steven: “The scholarships offered by Gered Gereedschap have had a huge impact on our students. In the past, we often had students who could not attend school due to financial difficulties. This led to many setbacks because we constantly had to review the material with them. Now our students are always present in class, making teaching much more efficient. These scholarships have ensured that even the less fortunate have the opportunity to pursue vocational education.”<\/p>\n<\/div>
