‘FIVE FEMALE STUDENTS IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING: A GREAT PROGRESS!’<\/h1>\n

\"\"Paul, can you start by telling us about your role at PVI?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2018<\/strong>Of course! I am an Electrical Engineering Instructor at PVI, where I train students in various aspects of electrical installations. My passion lies in teaching and guiding students so they can develop their skills and be successful in their field.\u2019<\/p>\n

What does the support from Gered Gereedschap mean for you and the students at PVI?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2018The support from Gered Gereedschap is invaluable, not just for our school but also for the community. They have provided not only financial support through scholarships but also excellent tools and training for us, the instructors. These resources make a huge difference in the quality of education we can offer.\u2019<\/p>\n

How have the scholarships impacted the students?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2018<\/strong>Thanks to the scholarship program, many disadvantaged students can continue their studies without worrying about financial issues. This is especially important for female students. Five female students are now enrolled in electrical engineering, a field previously seen as male-dominated. They are doing excellently, and that is a great progress.\u2019<\/p>\n

That’s fantastic to hear. Do you have examples of how Gered Gereedschap’s support has improved the practical training?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2018<\/strong>Absolutely! The tools and equipment we have received from Gered Gereedschap make the practical training much more effective. They have provided us with the means to teach modern techniques, which helps students develop their skills in a realistic environment. This has not only increased their interest in the program but also improved their pass rates in assessments, which brings me a lot of joy.\u2019<\/p>\n

How do you see the future of PVI with this support?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2018<\/strong>With the continued support from Gered Gereedschap, we can truly compete with larger institutions. We have the tools and skills to improve our education and prepare our students for the job market. I am optimistic about the future and look forward to seeing our students continue to develop and thrive.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018<\/strong>Yes, I want to emphasize how important this support is for our students and the community. Gered Gereedschap has contributed not only to our education but also to the life paths of many students.
