We are proud to share our 2025 Annual Report. Thanks to the dedication of our 500 volunteers, and the support of our many partners and donors, we achieved the following over the past year:
- 9,082 skilled professionals supported
- 112,118 tools and machines given a second life
- 256 apprenticeships created
- 135 young people supported with a vocational education scholarship
- 8 containers shipped to partners in Africa
Behind these numbers are real stories of change. Like that of Kayire Emma from Uganda, who was able to complete a welding course thanks to a scholarship and now runs his own business. With the right skills, tools, and support, he is not only building a future for himself but also creating opportunities for others. And there are many more inspiring stories like his.
We believe in the power of craftsmanship as a pathway out of poverty and work every day towards a circular, sustainable society.
